Silicon Power introduces P34A60 M.2 NVMe SSD
Silicon Power, a Taiwanese manufacturer, has introduced their new P34A60 M.2 NVMe SSD storage, offering an affordable solution that doesn’t “skimp” on performance. Designed with novice users, DIY system builders, purpose-built system manufacturers, or those looking to upgrade their PC in mind, the new SSD offers PCIe Gen 3.0x4 interface, read speeds up to 2,200 MB/s, and write speeds up to 1,600 MB/s.
The P34A60 supports NVMe 1.3, which demands better performance vectors than AHCI (Advanced Host Controller Interface), including scalable bandwidth, increased IOPS, and low latency. In addition, HMB (Host Memory Buffer) architecture, which allows the host driver to allocate system memory (RAM) for exclusive use by the SSD, results in higher efficiency. It's this teamwork that provides optimum performance.
The P34A60 is engineered with LDPC (Low-Density Parity Check) coding, a powerful error correction code (ECC) algorithm, to keep data secure. Furthermore, End-To-End (E2E) data protection, to ensure that accessed and retrieved data are correct from start to finish, and a RAID engine, which provides an acceptable level of fault tolerance, work to enhance data integrity for greater reliability and stability.
The new SSD drive comes in 4 capacities: 256GB, 512GB, 1TB, and 2TB. Being an M.2 SSD based on the 80mm long specification, next to fitting in almost all modern desktops, it will also fit in quite a few modern laptops. The units also support RAID functionality, so pairing them up for increased performance or increased redundancy is certainly an option.
The new Silicon Power P34A60 M.2 NVMe SSDs will be a good affordable option for those who want to upgrade their desktop or laptop but like all solid-state drives they are more vulnerable to such defects such as abrupt power loss, magnetic fields and electric charges which may lead to potential data loss. Due to the proprietary nature of controller chip manufacturing and programming, every SSD recovery situation is unique. But ACE Data Recovery team developed a solution for retrieving data from failed SSD drives that supports a wide range of SSDs, including devices manufactured by Silicon Power. The company’s data recovery process meets the manufacturer’s requirements. ACEs are ready to help the Silicon Power P34A60 M.2 NVMe SSD owners with their data recovery needs.
