Are there any fees to sign up for your partner programs?

There are no sign up fees or other fees for any of our partner programs.

What level of discounts can I receive?

Referral Partners receive a commission starting at 10% for every successful job they send to us. Commission checks are sent out on a monthly basis and include a detailed report on all of the work submitted in the previous month. For Reseller Partners we offer discounts ranging from 10% to 25% depending on the amount of revenue you generate. Unlike other recovery companies they are not commitment based and do not reset on a monthly basis.

Do you provide any marketing materials for your partners?

Yes. For Referral Partners we offer you several Data Recovery Services branded marketing materials. If you are a Reseller Partner we work with you to create custom marketing materials for your storefront and/or website.

Do you offer expedited service? Emergency service?

We understand that time can be an issue, so besides our Standard service we offer both Expedited and Emergency services. Expedited service is when we dedicate and engineer during normal working hours until your recovery is complete. Emergency service is defined as a recovery conducted during and after normal business hours wherein resources must be scheduled and administered in the timeliest manner possible. We will work on your recovery 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, even during holidays, until your recovery is completed.

Do you work with tapes as well as hard drives?

We are experts in ALL types of media. That includes tapes, SSD, and flash drives as well as hard drives. For a complete list of media we work with, please visit our Home page.

What are your pricing policies?

We have a comprehensive pricing schedule that includes a free diagnostic for single media, guaranteed all inclusive price quote that will never increase, free shipping and return media, and a "No data - No charge" commitment. That means if we are unable to recovery any of your data, then there is no charge to you. We guarantee your satisfaction and will exceed your expectations. Can you handle complex recoveries like Microsoft SQL® databases and Microsoft Exchange®?

As a Microsoft Registered Partner we have extensive experience performing Microsoft Exchange® and Microsoft SQL® database recoveries.

How long have you been in business?

Our company has high-tech recovery facilities in Dallas and Houston with Class 10 and Class 100 clean rooms that are electronically monitored for air quality and particulate contamination 24 hours a day.

Do you outsource your recovery services?

All recovery procedures are done in our Dallas or Houston labs. We do not outsource any recoveries.

How will the recovered data be returned to my customer?

Their data will be returned to them on DVD, flash drive or external hard drive depending on the amount of data recovered. Hard drives can be furnished free of charge at the discretion of ACE Data Recovery. Many of our Partners supply the return media, so they can easily incorporate it back into the customers original laptop or server. The drives furnished by ACE Data Recovery are only a delivery vehicle for your customer's recovered data.

How often will you update me on the recovery status?

We take great pride in providing a great customer experience every step of the way. We will contact you via phone and/or email when we receive your drive, with a quote after we have completed your diagnostic, during your recovery should you require an update, and when your recovery is completed. You even have the option to speak with a recovery engineer during and AFTER your recovery. We also have updated information via our website 24 hours a day.
