Our facilities are equipped with clean rooms, and software engineers/programmers specializing in retrieval of lost data due to virus, sabotage, power failure, or other system problems. This allows us to handle data loss of any kind, helping you get your business up and running again.

What Is The Cost?

We understand that time can be an issue and we do offer a Critical Response Recovery Service. Critical Response Recovery is defined as a recovery conducted after normal business hours wherein resources must be scheduled and administered in the timeliest manner possible.
For after hour emergencies please call 214-924-6291. Normal business hours are from 8am-5pm CST Monday through Friday. Critical Response Recoveries will be quoted by the job. A scheduling of $900 per engineer is required before we can begin. The expedited diagnostic fee, which starts at $269, is separate from the critical response scheduling fee.

Do We Do Onsite Recoveries?
We can dispatch a Data Recovery / Data Emergency team to your site to assist you with removing or imaging your media; however, most data recoveries require our specialized clean rooms and test equipment in our lab.
